Othello Impressions

1. From the beginning of Othello 1.1, Desdemona, continuously loves Othello ( The Moor) And escapes within the middle of the night with out her father ( Brabantio ) To meet with Othello, and marry him. Later after Desdemona escapes, Brabantio is awoken by Iago and Roderigo. They shout that a thief has kidnapped Desdemona. (Lie) Brabantio takes a glance of Desdemona's room yet to notice, she really is gone.

2. The big controversy within the play so far, is that Iago, Brabantio, and Roderigo believe that Othello has taken her, and to marry Desdemona. The three men have come to conclusion, by ordering the Duke to throw Othello in prison. Although, the Duke know that Othello is the general of their army, and wants him to go defend Cyprus, from the the upcoming fleet attack led by the Turkish empire.

3. Respect, can fit in Othello 1.1, as Brabantio trusts Othello, with conversing with himself and with Desdemona. But as soon as Brabantio finds out that Desdemona has gone with Othello to his house secretly, he fully loses all respect for Othello.
